Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System For Bohai Securities

For small businesses， such as securities business department， reducing themanagement cost has become increasingly important in daily work. How to usecomputer technology to improve both the efficiency and management levels， hasbecome a task confronted by the businesses. As a starting point to achieve this goal，this thesis develops an equipment management system for Bohai Securities BusinessDepartment， based on Microsoft Visual C#combining with database technology.As a department serving customers directly， securities business department isfeatured by high equipment complexity and staff mobility. How to better manage thesecurities business department s equipment asset， reduce equipment loss andmaintain related costs of daily work， become a relatively critical aspect in thesecurities business department s internal management. Based on these need as astarting point， and identified with database technology and.net frameworkdevelopment environment as the main development technology， this thesis designedan equipment management system for the securities business department. On theaspect of system design， the equipment s property management is established as thecore， functional modules and database structure including category management，personnel management，department management，equipment management，systemmaintenance were design. In system implementation stage， various modules ofequipment management system were completed with programming implementation，and run smoothly after debug.The development of this system meets the demand of the securities businessdepartments for equipment management. At present， the system has a test run for aperiod of time， exhibiting its simple operation and stable performance. This systemhas played a positive role to reduce the management cost and improve workefficiency.
