Research On Remote Monitor Technology Of RF Slab CO₂Laser

Realization of remote control of RF slab CO2laser is the inevitable trend of the futuredevelopment of RF slab CO2laser. It is also an import method to expand the RF slab CO2laser market, at the same time it can realize the real-time monitoring of laser andimprove maintenance efficiency and saves the cost of laser. According to current situationof remote control and combined with the conditions in the laboratory, this paper designs aset of RF slab CO2laser remote control system. the main contents of this paper include:(1) According to the RF slab CO2laser Ethernet remote control system, this paperdesigned several feasible remote control schemes combined with the laser control demand.This article estimates the designed schemes, and at last it chooses the Ethernet-basedremote monitor system according to the laboratory needs.(2) According to the RF slab CO2laser Ethernet remote control system, this papercompleted the design of hardware system architecture required in the remote controlsystem. And it analyzed the various modules function of the hardware system, it selectedthe core chip of the system. At last the paper completed the hardware system and gave themain circuit modules.(3) According to the RF slab CO2laser Ethernet remote control system, this articleselected Ethernet connection as the main work of software development. The FreeRTOSreal time operating system is the software running platform. The thesis analyzed thissystem structure, and completed the system migration, and text it. The paper use uIP stackto implement the Ethernet connection, and analyzed its structure, completed its migrationand text it. And the result shows it can connect Ethernet.At last the thesis designed theinterface to operate the laser.
