Design, Implementation And Test Of Performance Assessing System For Hei Xuanfeng

With the development of computer， information technology has been applied to theenterprise management. For companies, the employee’s performance appraisal is a veryimportant aspect; many companies have used the information management system toassess the employee appraisal. Management information data can not only improve theefficiency of the company’s employees, but also mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, inaddition, the application of computing equipment, historical data can be analyzed to obtainbetter business decisions.For enterprises, employees are the base of production. Effective management of staffis closely linked and profound impact on the economic and long-term development ofenterprises. In general, the management of employees includes personnel informationmanagement, job management department, employee performance appraisal, payroll, etc.In this thesis, with the achievement of the information age, using the most mainstream,advanced and efficient technology framework Struts, Spring, Hibernate, ExtJS, we haverealized a complete management system which has passed the comprehensive test processbased on the actual situation and the internal management system. Firstly, starting fromthe background of the system and analyzing the project needs based onthe practical application scene, the system has been split into five subsystems; then usingthe entity relationship model, we have designed the ER structure; on the basis of this,using J2EE platform and ExtJs front frame, we have realized the system; Finally, a seriesof functional test and non-functional test have been implemented to verify the function ofthe system and ensure the security and stability of the system.
