With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology like cloudcomputing, combined with manufacturing technology to make the core technology of theinformation of manufacturing industry. The technology covers the new generation ofintegrated collaborative technology, manufacturing services technology, manufacturing IOTtechnology. Also as the3D-CAD software is well developed in the industry area, it is nowbecoming the basis of the creative design of the mechanical products and digital designingand manufacturing. This thesis introduces the3D-CAD and information system integrationbased on private cloud platform.This thesis studies the concept, feature and hierarchy of the cloud computing. As whatis required by the information of manufacturing, introduces the service platform of theprivate cloud to satisfy the users’ need to deploy and publish the applications. Thus solvesthe problem of the poor integration of the information system.Aiming at the various types of the3D-CAD software in the market, this thesis putsforward a general integration framework during the process of the manufacturinginformation integration system based on the cloud platform, which also provides thefunction to extend the integration framework by standardized cloud service interfacedefinition. It shields the data difference between the different3D-CAD software and takesthe XML file format with good scalability and data self-description ability as theinformation interactive intermediate files.Combined with the characteristics of the Kmsoft company’s PDM and3DCAPP-Aproducts, this thesis presents the integration needs. According to the assembly structure,model property and browsing and editing the drawing, it introduces using the3D-CADsoftware secondary development method to extract information on the structure of themodel, attribute information, geometric information, feature information, and edit andconverse format for the drawing document. The management software exchangesinformation with the3D-CAD software by the cloud platform.Finally, this thesis takes the remote drawing sign as an example,gives the examples ofapplication based on the private cloud platform, and shows the technology of converting adrawing document to a PDF document, reading and signing by presenting the wholebusiness process, and taking the vehicle assembly management as an example introducesthe technology of extracting the assembly structure information and managing the modeldocuments, and taking assembly process planning as an example introduces the informationextraction of model information and geometry information,which verify the correctness ofthe private cloud platform and integration technology.
