Nowadays, the rapid development of computer technology not only makes ourlife and work more convenient, but also helps to reduce the management cost andimprove work efficiency. In colleges and universities, personnel management hasbecome very important. With the fast expansion of colleges and universities,processing of these information manually is not only inefficient, but also prone tooccur flaws and errors. Thus, it is very necessary to apply computer technology topersonnel management.A three-tier C/S structure is used in the School personnel management system, theclient and server communications through a functional server improve theindependence of the business logic and data security.School Personnel Management System is developed by the tools of powerfulVC++6.0. ACCESS is used as a database development and management tools, Thesystem will complete personnel management, payroll management, login and usermanagement. The management include inputing, deleting, modifying, and queryingfunctions. This article analyzes the details of the School Personnel managementsystem functional requirements, system design and implementation, and finally givesthe system test results.
