According to the rise and development of Information Technology, The branch of Information Technology which named information sharing and network databases get widely used. Modern enterprises need to survive and develop information technology must be carried out construction. More and more enterprises will be required to store data in the database. But if not handled properly, the data in the database will be a security risk. Therefore, the database about data security issues have gradually been related to a high degree of attention, the emphasis has reached unprecedented heights.In general, the database management system comes with basic common security technology strategy that can solve common database security requirements, but for some special data security applications, simply by its own security technology strategy has been unable to meet the requirements, which application requires encrypted data. The security of data can be achieved by encrypting the data.In this paper, in-depth study, based on three levels discussed in terms of network layer, layer of the operating system, database management system layer database security controls technology strategy. This article also discusses the differences between the key management under the B/S structure of the database and e-commerce in general communication-based key management, have practical significance in the enterprise database encryption applications. Finally, the study was designed based on the effective implementation of a server’s database encryption, database encryption proposed three-tier structure.
