DSP 1600 Take-up device is the matching equipment of TLJ400 continuous extrusion production line.This equipment is mainly used for extrusion extruded aluminum copper and other nonferrous metals curl,enwind work.Today with the science and technology progress increasingly.On the basis of spooler,For coordination and speed to follow sensitivity of accept the cable and exhaust cable to put forward higher request.Dalian Kang Feng technology Co.LTD independently develop the new generation of DSP 1600 Take-up device in orbit which controled by Mitsubishi servo amplifier,servo-actuator and PLC. But because drive, chain and gear clearance,the friction between orbit and wheel causes the phenomena of delay when the take-up device in reversing generated,make take-up device appear unstable phenomena,then will afeect continuous extrusion efficiency of the production and quality of Take-up. Subject to the main task is to research the servo control system and improve system make precision of speed and position control more higher.This paper details introduce the control system of DSP 1600 Take-up device in orbit.Including servo amplifier,servo-actuator and PLC logic action control. A step signal generatd by PLC, The communication between PC and PLC using VB software and MELsoft in serial communication.Collect the speed of Take-up device.Then adopt the means of experiment establish the math model of servo control system.Using the software of Matlab Simulink toolbox to simulation the math model of sevor control system,the operation processing by computer,shown the characteristic,performance of control system. Meanwhile through Dong Hua DH5920 sigal tester collect the data of the frequency of driving wheel and driven wheel, to test the device of time lag when the take-up device in reversing generated.Finally through adopt the FIS editor provided by fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab to define the structure of fuzzy PID controller, which can eliminate the time lag factor,improve the dynamic condition of take-up device.Then in the Simulink toolbox,establish the simulation block diagram of fuzzy PID control and PID controller,To compare analysis,verifing the rationality of the contorl system by modified.
