At the beginning of this thesis, the author introduces the construction, function and principle of electrostatic spraying robot followed by thedevelopment of electrostatic spraying robot domestic and abroad. And thensome problems to be solved in application are presented to deduce the focusesof this thesis, of which some key techniques in reverse-solution are discussed. In general, the research is carried out in following aspects: FiniteElement Method is introduced to the fatigue analysis of electrostatic sprayingrobot to avoid long period, huge calculation and high cost of traditionalanalysis. Then, the comparison between analysis results and photo of fatiguepart is made to get the cause of fatigue.Project design is one of the conceptual designs in mechanic design and isof great significance for a successful manufacturing. With Fussy SynthesisEvaluation, we can make the choice of project design more scientific byreplacing qualitative analysis by quantitative analysisDuring the process of mechanical design, some improvements arepresented by fatigue analysis such as the design of standing mast and sprayerframe. While in the electronic control section, PLC is applied to improve theproductivity with PLC's functions of logic control, timing control, countingcontrol and data processing, etc. In addition, PLC has the advantages offlexibility, safety, good adaptation to environment, simpleness in usage andeasiness in maintainace. In short, this essay is aimed to improve the performance of electrostaticspraying robot by conducting the research of fatigue analysis, project designchoice, construction improvement and electronic control with the applicationof finite element method, fussy synthesis evaluation and programmable logiccontrol.
