| Video cloud computing in order to solve the problem, that traditional way can not provide the user with a high-performance value-added services without upgrading devices. Video cloud computing to create a the Content+multi-screen interactive value-added business applications supporting platform+terminal "new business operating model. Because of these new operating model, the calculation of the value-added business platform video cloud business management put forward higher requirements. This article aims to design a way to support flexible types of operating mode and video cloud computing system integration specification business process management system.By collating a large amount of data, business processes and management objects, analysising of the BOSS’s interface. The Author established a process UML model. In this paper, the design of the UML model taking into account the most suitable system architecture. Divided after the breakdown of the characteristics of the various types of managed objects, operations management, account management, data management, statistical analysis, analysis of system modules and design a system function, reasonable database and operating interface; determine line flow system user roles, and its provisions corresponding privileges, to ensure the safety of the system running smoothly.The business systems which designed by this paper has been providing business support for video cloud Nanjing project.
