The campus network construction is an important topic in the development ofUniversities. Its construction level is an important sign of the Universities Level. Withthe rapid development of China Education and research network, campus networkconstruction has made great achievements, and used in practice. For the ChangPing campus of Beijing Normal University in the construction of thecampus network, complete the design and implementation of energy efficiencymanagement platform based on Spring framework. The goal of campus networkconstruction is to set up a campus core network coverage, the multiple subnets. Weprovide services for teaching, scientific research and management of school, toachieve high-speed information transmission and sharing. Energy management systemas an important part of campus network, including system design, energyconservation supervision system software function, equipment selection andconfiguration parameters, etc.. According to the requirements of campus networkmanagement, for all the energy consumption for data analysis, sorting, controldemand. We classify the partial consumption type, management of campus networkmeasurement. We monitor the total electricity consumption, equipment, energyconsumption. Energy management system to achieve energy information, offer thedecision basis for energy consumption control. We establish a comprehensive andeffective integration of information solutions, to build an energy managementplatform, with Beijing Normal University Changping campus departmentalmanagement and maintenance requirements. Energy management system as the basicplatform, capable of supporting the campus network operation.
