With the rapid growth of internet and expanding of its end users, traditional commercial activities have been diversified. The central of commercial mode has been transferred from merchandise to customer. How to make use of the convenient internet to provide information and service to customers is becoming a question that business confronts with.The thesis starts from the growing of e-commerce, and introduces the advantage and meaning of e-commerce in campus. It compares the campus informationization between here and aboard. Then it gives an overview of e-commerce basic knowledge, system structure, safety architecture and technology. Next, it summarizes the framework what the system takes use of, and using standard of J2EE and3layers framework of web development to analyses, design each module and function, and implement campus shop system finally. This system was designed differently from traditional campus shop system. It uses school as every unit. User can speedily switch between schools to browse campus and its selling items. This kind of design improves usage of whole system. It spreads the seller’s promotion area and expands the channel when user wants to buy something.The thesis builds an e-commerce website which is based on resource of campus network and stores around. The design is mainly focused on a development of campus store based on Spring Web MVC framework. It is used for medium or small sized economic stores. Taking the advantage of effective and low cost internet, seller can choose open a physical store or open an online-shop to start their trade. Buyers can search stores or stuffs what are selling in website.The commerce can break away from timing and location to facilitate customers to get to know where they can buy what they want.
