Design And Implementation Of The Campus CRM System Based On Spring Framework

With the development of network, J2EE platform is adopted more and more extensive in reality systems. Based on J2EE, the application system with multi-tier structure can be rapidly developed and deployed, which is easy to translatability. The archetype of MVC design pattern is Web N layers system structure of J2EE.During the developing of J2EE enterprise applications, using MVC pattern can make developing structure clear; at the same time, it can effectively improve the performance of the software system. Struts is an excellent application framework to implementing MVC pattern. Hibernate is a kind of solution object/relation mapping. That is to say, makes object-object relational in Java mapping to table-table relation in relational data-base. Spring is the most popular lightweight J2EE Framework, and it is the one framework which could solve each layer of J2EE application, and it is the one framework which could apply all-round service of light container.CRM means through management customer information resources, provide the customer with the satisfaction of product and service, in order to build up a long-term with customer, stabilize, trust mutually, mutual benefit near concern dynamic state process and management strategy. The business enterprise CRM is for building up with customer for long term good relation, bring a benefits for the business enterprise and customer. Campus CRM means to take teachers and students as "customer", according to the CRM principle, to establish the campus management information system.CRM and related theories are introduced in this paper, the difference and similarity between campus CRM and enterprise CRM are compared, three open source frameworks such as Struts, Spring and Hibernate are analyzed, and the campus CRM design is presented. The implement of "The undergraduate student graduation project selection sub- system" is discussed detailedly. With the sub-system, teachers and students can choose each other while the graduation project needs to be chosen. It proved the possibility of establishing the campus CRM system, and provided a reference for the implementation of whole system.
