A Study On Big Data Technology Under The View Of Technology Philosophy

Nowadays, with the continuous development of computer technology, tens ofmillions of ubiquitous sensors gradually formed a complex and huge data sourcethrough the interaction with the internet technology. Traditional data processingtechnology which have large amount of data and the complexity of data structuremakes it not suitable for processing massive data, which puts forward new challengesto the existing data processing technology, giving rise to the big data technology. Bigdata technology development promotes the change in human society of various fields,while the services provided by the big data technology are seamlessly embedded inPeople’s Daily work and life. In next10years, the use of big data technology willrevolutionize almost every industrial structure and service function of industry. Bigdata technology is related to people’s livelihood, industrial blossom-decline andenterprise survival, which can not be ignored. There are already many researchesbased on philosophy of big data technology. But researches based on philosophy oftechnology is so few and scattered. In order to keep the flourishing and healthydevelopment of practice of big data technology, we must strengthen disciplineconstruction and theoretical accomplishment in perspective of philosophy oftechnology.This text borrows research results and framework of philosophy of technology.From ontology, epistemology and axiology aspects, the text analyses big datatechnology. It first analyses development conditions of big data technology anddiscusses its development reasons from its emergence to the history of big datatechnology, then grasps the law of development. Second, in the part of ontology, itpartly aimed at the essence, properties and function of the big data technology. Again,the epistemological part mainly analyses the characteristic of the thinking mode ofbig data technology, the relationship between people and big data technology and itsimpact on human understanding and so on. Finally, theory of axiology as a guide toexplore big data technology value system which may not only brings benefits tomankind but also leads to bad negative effects. In the critical period of developmentof big data technology in China, from perspective of philosophy of technology, weanalyze practice of big data technology, which conduces to enlighten attitudes and perceptions of people applying technology in practice of big data technology. Thepurpose is to direct researchers of big data technology in theoretical research andpractice.
