Network techniques had experienced a rapid development in the past decade, and inthe meanwhile Biomedical Engineering techniques achieved great innovations. Smarthealthcare combing computer and healthcare was thus appeared. As aging populationincreased, kinds of healthcare devices and service were brought out, such as fall detectiondevices and home hypertension management service. These healthcare devices andservice made by different manufacturers had their own standards, and in order to promotethe development of this market, standards needed to follow when different healthcaredevices and service are interoperated should be established foremost. To achieve thisobjective, the IEEE11073Personal Health Device (PHD) group has standardized manyhealthcare devices, yet few devices are compatible with the IEEE11073standard untilnow.The popularity of portable wireless biomedical sensors and gradual maturity ofcloud computing technology so far created favorable conditions for smart healthcarebased on Body Sensor Network (BSN). Related performance tests were carried out on thehealthcare data collection solution and offline analysis solution in the smart healthcaresystem via experiments, and the test result was analyzed to find the best solution.Comparing to the traditional healthcare techniques, smart healthcare technology based onBSN confronts more challenges, which greatly increase the design difficulty andimplementation complexity of the smart healthcare system.Smart healthcare system research status and achievement was analyzed, and thenaccording to actual requirement for the system, a whole smart healthcare frameworksolution was supposed considering the difficulty and key points. The communicationstandard IEEE11073area network BSN is realized finally applying Hadoop eco systemand Storm real-time computing framework, and thus the feasibility of the frameworksolution was verified.Figure30; Table2; Reference56...
