| The incident that knife-wielding attackers slashed people at Kunming Railway Station at nine twenty on the evening of March1st was later proven to be done by the Uighur separatists. The3.01accident of Kunming attracts national media’s attention. There are many research of violent terrorist incident, but few articles of terrorist violence reported on text analysis. In this paper the author analyzed the news text of The3.01accident of Kunming.This carries on the research analysis on The3.01accident of Kunming news report mainly through the content analysis and discourse analysis method. I also search relevant books, journals, papers and other information to finish the related arrangement, induction and summary. Through the research I found that media reports on The3.01accident of Kunming present a larger coverage quantity; The coverage mainly adopt text report form; The leading actor of the report is politician, and so on. Through discourse analysis I found that media devote to build the positive government image; News headlines are usually consistent with news topic content; The microscopic structure of news text main score model to complete the expression of the main content, etc. Finally I draw the conclusion and make the relevant thinking, combining with relevant background to understand The3.01accident of Kunming; Media function in The3.01accident of Kunming; Information publicity to promote the reform journalism; The enhance of government image connotation is the key to construct the government image. |
