The Application Of Project Management Information System In Construction Engineering Tax Administration

Our present policy is to expand domestic demand, road and bridge construction,urban development and infrastructure construction in full swing, rapid development,construction and installation industry to become new sources of revenue growth. Ontax, however the construction industry’s "drip, leak, run, run," is still very serious, inview of the problems existing in the construction of tax administration, were beingimplemented throughout the country starting from2004tax project local managementin the construction industry. Provinces and local tax departments have developedcharacteristics taxes fit around project management information systems, due to theinitial introduction of project management information systems, has achieved somepositive results, tax inflow rate from less than6%per cent to8%, but these tax itemsscattered, simple, unified management information system’s problems have emerged.Author on construction and installation industry problems in the major item oftaxation management and discusses the use of project management informationsystem to solve these problems.The main purpose of this paper is the implementation of project management forconstruction and installation industry using project management information system,is based on the current tax management information system, widely collectinginformation, through the system integration, information than, take the initiative toadapt to the external environmental factors, to achieve changes in tax managementstate. Through the project management information system, can promote theconstruction and installation enterprises to take the initiative to consciously declaretax, reduce and delay the occurrence of tax phenomenon realize. Through the projectmanagement information system, arouse the enthusiasm of the tax managementpersonnel maximum strength, subjective initiative, better perform their duties, to the management efficiency, ensure that the seriousness of national revenue. At the sametime, also can promote the construction and installation has been standardized, rapiddevelopment.The paper firstly analyzes the project management information system datacollation, analysis, in-depth understanding of the current research background,present situation. Secondly, the empirical research method, case method and thestatistical research method by means of research, application situation of the domesticand foreign project management information system in taxes, to summarize, to extractthe main influence the application of project management information system in thetax revenue of our country in the construction industry the influence factors, andfurther to the root causes of the problem to analyze, to seek a solution to the problem.Finally, aiming at the existing problems in the tax management information systemproject put forward suggestions and measures on how to solve the constructionindustry.This study has important theoretical and practical guidance for the application ofproject management information system in tax management of building industry.
