"Oriental magazine" is a large-scale comprehensive influential journals, periodicals in China inrecent modern history has a very important position. Its rich content, covering the fields ofpolitics, economy, ideology and culture. Running a long time, has experienced a significantperiod of modern history the late Qing Dynasty, the Revolution War, the liberation war, has a veryimportant history value. In recent years, the study of different disciplines "Oriental magazine" isalso increasingly in-depth, and achieved fruitful research results. Affected by the New CultureMovement and literary revolution thought,"Oriental magazine" in this historical period of greatconcern to the ideological and cultural fields, previous studies in this area involves a new cultureof new literature, socialist thought, Enlightenment Thought, Science dissemination, aesthetics,etc., there is no religious aspect to explore.
