As the foundation of the national various pillar sectors, power sector is important to promote the development of country. Electric power industry management core is the team construction of power supply enterprise, power supply enterprises is the basis of the daily work team. Team work is the power supply enterprise production, maintenance and repair work is the most important organizational unit, is the foundation of worker valuable work, electricity supply in power supply enterprise to implement in an orderly way has the vital role. So, the stand or fall of team building and the existence of a power supply enterprise, image, and have many aspects, such as the long-term development has a very important relationship, but a lot of problems exist at present a lot of the team construction of the power supply system, including team management of indifference and slack off, which makes the enterprise team turned into pieces of individual, cannot reflect the shift between the focus of the work together. And between the team and the team due to the type of business is different, so the daily work process is different, lead to daily management standards are different, so the management is very difficult. Team at ordinary times besides by the management department management, the higher level of the municipal administrative department of the management, the same thing to repeat report, has a great obstacle on the employee’s work efficiency.To manage the information is to shift team building into a more scientific and normative way, this will allow more modern enterprise management. In the original on the basis of the traditional team management, increase the assistance of the informationization management, team building to development in the direction of more comprehensive and more scientific. Development team management information system, can carry on the change to the shift of management mode, the specification team management level, enhance the meaningful communication between the higher and lower, further to promote the culture of the enterprise, to increase the cohesion of enterprises of all employees, finally reduce the production cost of enterprise, enhance the company’s production efficiency. This paper implements a for power supply enterprises, using information technology means to shift scheduling management system. Through the following work, the implementation processes are described.First, this paper introduces in detail the demand of the electric power enterprise team construction and meaning. Team work is the power supply enterprise production, maintenance and repair work is the most important organizational unit, power supply in power supply enterprise to implement in an orderly way has the vital role. Using informatization construction team can effectively improve the work efficiency, reduce the waste of human management, the optimization of allocation of corporate resources. Defines the target architecture of the system, and through the target system is divided into hardware support layer, data base layer, data layer, and the four levels of business management, the hierarchy sequence of every interaction and the system status. According to business requirements of power supply enterprises, this paper analyzes the urgently needed information to solve problems in the team building and management of data, determine the target system function structure tree. According to entity relational database concepts, relationship analysis of target data structures in the system, and defines the corresponding database table.Finally, the node configuration of the system, task scheduling, outage management and system log on four core modules, a detailed design.
