Along with the globalization becoming more popular than ever,there is an increasing acceptance and welcome to the 24x7 service provided by many service-oriented companies.Especially for those software corporations who are tend to be representatives of high-tech and user experience,providing best service already became the only way to win the competition.By summarizing the achievement of Oracle,we found some crucial management methods or practices which support the collaboration and performance of their cross-time-zone virtual teams,e.g.Agile management methodology,communication planning and sub-cultural management.In the analysis,we will introduce a common work flow and changing of service style taken place in most of the software companies during recent years.And discuss the 'cross time-zone' concept and its positive affects by describing major service methodology in market now days.And will take about the success of 'cross time-zone' service and influence to the industry in the perspective of marketing and sales against Oracle company which the writer is working in.Likewise,potential problems will be analyzed and suggested with solutions in the views of communication plan,management tool,performance review and inspiration methods,training content etc.There are some advantages of this study.Like the invention of 'All Time Zones'services is not only a successful innovation on application service area by Oracle company,but also a milestone of the service revolution of the entire software industry.And as a leader of enterprise software industry and a typical representative of new technology and services,Oracle Company is leading the trend of services in the software industry.In the meanwhile,she also makes herself a sample and flag of competitors.As a consequence,Oracle will push a general improvement of industrial service level and finally benefit customers.
