| Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has united information technology and systematic management idea, to serve the enterprise operation and development, to provide a scientific decision-making operation platform for the management of the enterprise and general enterprise staff, which is an important guarantee for the development of modern enterprises and competitiveness maintenance. ERP, according to the actual situation of enterprises, is good at reasonable deployment and the maximization of enterprise resource and economic benefits, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. It is expected to secure market share of the enterprises. However in the era of information, many enterprises have the experiences in the development and the application resource planning system but there are a considerable number of enterprises without the experience and the intentions.Today, many beverage enterprises are not competitive in market expansion with limited resources. The "commercial chain" is needed between related enterprises, businesses, such as manufacturers, suppliers, customers, and other relative enterprise, which should form a chain of supply and demand. The market itself is not the competition between individual enterprises but the competition between the "business chain". EPR has a macro control of the allocation within this chain, with scientific allocation of resources, to meet the needs of the current economic era, and to make these drinks companies more competitive.From the angle of enterprise information resource management mode, taking ERP system with information technology and advanced management concepts as the basis, this paper has an in-depth study of the contemporary beverage enterprises about how to improve the management capacity of modern information system, fully reflecting the ERP promoting force among contemporary drinks enterprise resource. Technically, the system uses a new, simple, safe development tool language----C#, which is specially designed for the application of the.Net for the Microsoft Corp in2000. The system uses safe and efficient SQL Server2008as the database, three-layer architecture of C/S mode, page technology deployment page of the UI layer winfrom, and database programming and framework. In the development environment of Mcrosioft Visual Studio2010, the beverage company drinks management system can be realized to meet the basic functions of enterprises. These basic functions include:employee information management functions (recruitment management, contract management, payroll management, security management, examination management, official management, etc.); the production management function (pre production order management, production management, and engineering receipt audit), procurement management function (purchase payment receipt management, purchasing custom order management, purchase document audit, purchase application approval, and supplier management), sales management functions (orders writing, documentation review, customer need information management, quotation management, customer information management, customer information maintenance, cargo management, sales statistics, and return management), inventory management function (inventory management, warehouse management, manpower allocation, inventory warning, database management) and the function data maintenance of the beverage industry.The use of EPR in the beverage industry is to achieve the precise data and information, safe system operation, scientific business processes, effective performance monitoring and enterprise efficiency. It is expected to ensure enterprise benefit, product quality, and its sustainable development. In this thesis, based on the summary and in-depth understanding of how to better the coordination between enterprise management and EPR, EPR in drink enterprises is expected to have a profound organization, convenience and benefits, to promote scientific management and market competitiveness of the beverage enterprises. |
