Beacause of thecompetition between banks， banks has faced great pressure and challenges. The bank creditbusiness is the main source of income， The bank credit business has to adjust and think howto manage as such fierce competition. In the past， credit information and uncertaintyinfluence the credit quality of banks，and in order to strengthen the quality of credit betweenbanks，we need to make the management of bank credit business as informatization aspossible，the bank’s rules and requirements by system processes also need to be managementand standardized as far as possible. Enterprise bank credit management information systemplatform can cover the main bank credit business，such as product definition，customerinformation，credit approval，loan management，report output，customer credit assessment，risk warning，the credit management information system，it also can make up for the previousbank credit information incompletely，and it becomes one of the important means of each bigbank steady management and healthy development.This paper expounds the process of design and implementation of bank creditmanagement system. Bank credit management system uses J2EE as the development platformand B/S as the architecture pattern，it carries on the system design according to the designrequirements of MVC mode. using the reasonable system structure guarantee the businessprocess part and view independent parts，which reduces the system coupling and makes thesystem easier to maintain. In the design，considering the characteristics of bank creditbusiness process，which specific systems in the implementation guarantee that the applicationhas good scalability using a specific design，flexibility and maintainability. In the concreteimplementation，bank credit management system deployment using the XML configurationfile，using J2EE development platform advantages of optimized system database access andbusiness logic，speed up the running speed and system stability.The development of bank credit management system realize the information of the bank and help to improve the credit business management of uncertainty which reduce the riskmanagement process. Through the current practice system that built in this paper can solve thepresent bank credit management system deficiencies， promote the bank through theinformation to the management of the bank and information decision，improve managementlevel and the level of risk prevention.At the same time it can record the customer completeinformation and give related customer analysis through information management，these areimproved customer satisfaction and bank management efficiency greatly.
