Medical wireless body area network (MWBAN) is a network consists of a series of medical sensors and intelligent control device. The complexity of the human body wireless in communication environment, the dynamic factors of human body and the limited storage resources of the node make the provision of real-time and reliability for data transmission a great challenge. In non-real-time data collection scene, the main function of medical wireless body area network is data collection, which requires high integrity and accuracy. In the real-time monitoring scene, the main function of MWBAN is real-time transmission of data. The main QoS requirements are real-time and reliability. For both scenarios, this paper proposes two QoS guarantee mechanisms respectively. For the QoS requirement of MWBAN in non-real-time data collection scene in MWBAN, this paper presents a method for QoS provision. Considering the demand of nodes for channel resource, the control node divides the slots in MAC layer to achieve the purpose of resource allocation. For the QoS requirements of MWBAN in real-time monitoring scene, this paper proposes a delay prioritized QoS provision mechanism. Meanwhile it also take reliability into account. In this approach, dynamic priority value of node is calculate according to the channel status, data latency and urgency. On the basis of this dynamic prioritization method, the paper also designed a channel resource allocation method. In this paper, the two methods proposed were evaluated by simulation program. Simulation results show that in the non-real-time data collection scene, channel access mechanism based on storage capacity of node can effectively reduce the packet loss rate. In real-time monitoring scene, channel access method based on the priority can effectively reduce failure ratio of data packets, and reduce the average packet delay.
