With the extensive popularization of mobile intelligent terminal base on IOS and Android platforms and upgrading of mobile communication technology, the mobile internet develops rapidly. The mobile applications based on mobile intelligent terminal also developing rapidly, most of which involve development of network data transfer and synchronization. In the actual development of network data transmission, data storage and data analysis, problems such as duplication of development, inefficient, poor performance may be encountered. In order to solve this problems, this paper designs and implements a set of practical and feasible framework.Based on the statistical data of Android application and the research of data transmission, data storage, data analysis, this paper summarizes the major goal, divide the overall design and modules. It includes data transmission framework, data storage and analysis framework, data synchronization framework. Each framework functions independently and complete the target by mutual cooperation.This paper described the design and implementation of the framework from three aspect namely the design principle, class and flow design. The data transmission part introduces data requests, caching, callback; The data storage and analysis framework has four sub-modules, includes SharedPreference storage, file storage, database storage, data parsing; The data synchronization part introduces the implementation of full synchronization and incremental synchronization.Moreover, the paper illustrates functional and robustness tests covering the whole key modules to validate that framework implementation is consistent with the expected results. Finally, the paper briefly shows the summarization of the whole research and give suggestions on further improvement as to complete the function design and optimize the performance.
