With the widespread usage of the internet, more and more subscribers use their intellectual terminals such as PCs, smartphones to surf the internet, acquire the information and find their needs. For the network service providers, who control the entrance of the internet, it is a significant challenge to authorize, authenticate and account the usage condition of the internet users rapidly and effeciently. The appearance of AAA protocol, i.e. Authorization, Authentication and Accounting protocol, solve the issue properly. On the other hand, AAA protocol enables the operators to obtain the general information of the subscribers’ network usage, for it is used only in the login and logout procedures. It might be a great help for the operators gaining and analyzing such information to increase the quality of nework service and conduct differentiation service.First of all, the RADIUS protocol, including the structure, types and attributes is introduced, with the brief mention of the Diameter protocol following behind. The RADIUS Analyzer is discussed in the next chapter. The system architecture, the analyzer modules and matching algorithms for different kinds of RADIUS protocol are mainly focused on. Afterwards the deployment and the optimization of the RADIUS monitoring system are narated. The last part of the thesis is the analysis of the user data collecting in a real online CDMA network. The analysis is mainly conducted in the following dimensions:the login and logout time, the traffic of upload and download, the duration the login times of the subscribers. Finally some conclusions that indicate the major user nework behaviors are listed according to the analysis.
