The Data Integration And Application Research Of Comprehensive Monitoring System Of Safety Based On Coal Mines

The synthetically integration of coal safe production monitoring system, automatic controlling system and the management information system of enterprises is the overall trend of the information development of coal industry in our country. However, current status is that these systems are completely irrelevant and act as independent information islands; it is unable to realize the information sharing among the systems and is very difficult to realize the information integration.This paper analyses current situation and problems of information sharing and integration in various existing safety-monitoring systems, and has designed the overall scheme of the information integration of coal trade. It aims for the data interchange and the technological difficult point with data transmission in the course of system merged. At first It has discussed swapper of the file, DDE technology and ODBC technology in detail with combination on-the-spot application. And it has solved the data interchange problem between safe monitoring system and relevant systems. With utilizing much thread thought and WinSock technology, it has solved the data transmission problem. It also has put forward the scheme to solve the information integration in coal trade with OPC technology.On the basis of data integration in the coal trade, it has set up the application platform of the safe coal mines comprehensive monitoring system. This platform adopts the modes of mixing of C/S, B/S. It has realized the show of data real-time monitoring form, curve and histogram; the dynamic figure show of main monitoring point; inquiry of the historical data; the curve of the historical data and the histogram show; display and typing of the report form; all kinds of alarms; and the function of broadcasting in real time etc. of the video data in the pit of each mining area.This system has realized the integrated application of the data integrating of safe coal mines monitoring system, video data and monitoring data in the same window showing.
