With the continuous progress of the process of global integration, the Customer demand for banking system is also raising."Whenever and wherever having the same excellent customer experience" is increasingly become a major target that international banks and financial organizations seeking for. The globalization of the banking system needs the promotion of the banking system nowadays.How to possess an integral, exhaustive and stable cross-regional banking system become a major problem that international banks need to solve. Therefore, to upgrade the existing single and low compatibility bank system is necessary. During the whole system upgrade, the information of customer account is the core secrets of the major banks and major competitive which is irreplaceable. What’s more, the conversion of the customer account is the most important. System Simulation Technology will be used to study the conversion of IMP ACS. To mock the development, data upgrade process and test of the conversion system, Mainframe will be used to adapt to the complex features, large volumes of data and transaction logic in the banking system. COBOL and JCL will be used as the develop language to release the system. This system will focus on the large amount of data update. Regarding the data accurately, effectiveness and security, this system will focus on strengthening the entire system of process control, and multi-level detection and backup mechanism.We have completely finished the project and turned to BAU stage for PL, UAE, HU and UK-IPB. What’s more, projects for other8countries are at PAT stage and will be finished soon.
