| As one of the important management tasks, profile information management is mainly used for personal information management for all employees. The profiles in the enterprise mainly include personal basic information and professional skills. For the center of skill assessment and management, profile management is more complicated.In this paper, based on the actual demand of Dalian Welder Assessment Institute, we design and implement Profile Information Management System for it. Firstly, the current development of profile information management systems are collected and analyzed, and the proper solution for Welder Assessment Institute is presented. According to demand, B/S structure and.Net are selected for this system. Also SQL Server is selected as the database.Based on the real situation, system demands are collected, including function demand, performance demand and security demand. After that, combined with UML modeling approach, information system is divided into several functional parts. Flow chart, user case chart and class chart are used here.After system modeling, the system is designed with more details. Firstly, it is the functional design of the system. And it is the design for system database according to the actual demands. During database design, the main structure of the table is presented. According to the system design and selected technology, the system is developed. In this paper it gives some screen shots of the system.After system testing, profile information management system can meet the requirement from the assessment center of Dalian Welder Assessment Institute, which can improve efficiency and accuracy of profile information management, and reduce the profile information management cost. |
