Vehicle insurance is the primary property insurance class.In recent years,vehicle insurance fraud has caused huge property losses and shows a trend of specialization and collectivization,which has become a key concern of the insurance industry.However,due to the late start of our country's insurance anti-fraud work,most insurance companies still rely on manual means to carry out auto insurance anti-fraud work,makes it difficult to detect fraud effectively.Therefore,this thesis proposed to design and implement a graph-based visual analysis system for vehicle insurance fraud,which aims to provide decision support for professionals.This thesis investigates the business background of vehicle insurance service,summarizes judgment rules of fraudulent behaviors and divides into three types:factor combination,suspicious people and fraudulent gang.Since judgment rules reflect the relations between various elements,this thesis designs the expression of graph structure for vehicle insurance cases,and focuses on analyzing the relationship between elements based on graph structure.Furthermore,this thesis uses social network analysis,connected components detection and cluster methods to detect suspicious people and fraudulent gang.Because the table structure is difficult to display the relationship between the factors in vehicle insurance cases,which causes the omission of information,this thesis uses the technology of data visualization to present the case information clearly and comprehensively,and realizes a variety of interactive behaviors,assisting professionals in analytical work.This thesis firstly explains the research background and significance,clarifies the research content and main work.Then,analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,carry out the general design,introduce the hierarchical architecture of the system and divide the functional modules,and then choose the technology and frameworks of system development.Subsequently,this thesis explains the design and implementation of functional in detail,introduces data storage model and communication interface.Based on the system development work,this thesis uses the white-box testing and black-box testing methods to test the internal logic of the module and the collaborative work between the modules to ensure that the system can provide reliable services for users.Finally,this thesis summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the existing work,and looks forward to the follow-up work.
