In modern society, the high heel become popular among women. The legs, thighs, hips and waist abdomens of the female will be tighten and lifted to keep balance when they wear high heel shoes. The reason why women be fond of high heel is that the high heel makes them elegance. Enjoying the elegance and confidence which the high heel give them, they are suffering form it. With the occurrence of many diseases such as cervical spondylosis, neck pain, low back pain, waist dish outstanding disease, more and more scholars begin to pay attention on it. As the collected information shows that cervical extensor and erector spinae is the focus in the study of human torso.Fifteen young females were choosed as subjects at the research and weared different high heels to do7actions that frequently used in activities of daily life. The main content of this research is to find out the effect on trunk muscle of high heels. To analyse the influence of different height of high heels on the trunk muscle from the perspective of biomechanics in activities of daily life, the SEMG was measured on the trunk muscle, as the subjects did the seven actions wearing different high heels.According to the data in this paper, the majority of P values>0.05was concluded. Considering that there may have some factors which may cause the result of the experimental deviation, so the conclusion of this article is that the SEMG of trunk muscle is symmetrical when young women do actions of daily life wearing different height heels of high heels. The differences of the SEMG on trunk muscles were analysed as the young females wearing different height high heels complete the same action. Young women in the daily life often wear high heels can make the trunk muscle strength greatly increase, and in our daily walk with stairs, muscle strength increased as heel height increases was concluded. When the young women compete the four actions and the heel height change from0cm to7cm that the main power muscles is erector spinae muscles, but when the heel height increased to10cm, the cervical extensor power increase. When the young women compete the10m walking, climb the stairs, walk down the stairs, the main power muscles is trapezius muscles.In this article, the trunk muscle electromyography were analysed when young women complete daily life activities, long time walking will make the trunk muscle strength increases when young women wearing high heels. Theoretical foundation was provided for designing and selecting of high heels this paper.
