In the operation of modern iron and steel enterprises, the role of raw materials field isbecoming increasingly important, high quality, high efficiency of raw materials fieldoperations will be one of the decisive factors of iron and steel enterprise overall economicdevelopment. In order to better cope with the change of market demand, take advantage inthe fierce market competition, the logistics cost minimizing material field has become thekey link, if it can be for raw materials field logistics implement more scientific andreasonable management, to improve the core competitiveness of iron and steel enterprise isof great help.At present, the research on raw materials field logistics system are mainly concentratedin four aspects, including the response to customer demand service strategy, site selection ofraw materials field infrastructure planning, the optimization of goods inventory managementdecision-making and transport routes, the choice of the way. Around these a few researchdirection in this paper, in combination with Anshan branch BaYuJuan steel material field oflogistics management actual situation, to the raw material demand for logistics business asthe starting point, a against existing problems existing in the logistics operation andmanagement of raw material field and shortcomings, puts forward the relevant improvementmeasures and optimized scheme, the full text main research content includes the followingpoints:(1) According to the paper the main research content, understanding of logisticsmanagement research status at home and abroad, and the key of logistics system planningtheory, logistics system decision theory and logistics transportation choice theory study, laytheoretical foundation for the thesis research work;(2) The paper on the current company raw material inventory control problem for thispaper, on the premise of meet the demand of the company daily production, the applicationof MES management way to establish inventory control scheme based on minimum costmanagement, and puts forward some solutions in the process of implementation of mattersneed to be aware of;(3) The paper on the current raw materials field infrastructure spot investigation, the siteselection, layout of clear infrastructure construction scale, site location, function requirements and facilities as well as the correlation between, harmonious relationship, usingthe analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to facility location problems according to the importantdegree to establish a tree structure, and design the logistics system facilities layout processand raw materials field location steps;(4) The paper both BaYuJuan branch and Anshan headquarters production demand andBaYuJuan port logistics transportation, and other external factors, from raw material source,cargo transport conditions and material field position three aspects design materials logisticstransport routes and shipping options.This paper design the logistics system in the traditional material field logistics systemplanning decision theory as the foundation, through the actual case of application, forlarge-scale iron and steel enterprise raw material logistics management system providesreference basis for planning and design.
