Increasing the current domestic operators for3G users, Chinese Unicom3G(WCDMA) number of users have been far more than the2G of the user, and thenumber of3G users still show explosive growth momentum。The development of3G network is entering a mature period and presents the blowout。 With theimprovement of living standards, a variety of sporting events, concerts, recreationalactivities to enrich people’s daily life。Activities in the high degree area of theusers, how to guarantee the stable and reliable operation of large capacity3Gnetworks at the same time providing high-speed3G network and maximizingresource efficiency is particularly important。With the diversification of sustained growth of the user number, the conventionalsingle carrier for one base station sector has been unable to meet the demand ofuser traffic, so the original sector opened two, three and four carriers of large capacityto upgrade configuration, this configuration only needs to upgrade the software, fastand convenient without additional hardware support which is good for mid-timesolution. However, with further increasing of the user density, four subcarrier forsingle sector still unable to meet the capacity requirements, then we need toconsider the capacity improvement more. But the single carrier frequency’s maximumoutput power is80W, which is unable to open more carrier in single carrier frequencyto demand total power constraints. So we creatively proposed dual carrier frequency(WRFU/RRU) bridging and made eight carriers networking in the application ofhigh user density region. The creativity of this solution lies in using RFU/RRUto make eight carriers networking mode by crossing light ports. Eight carriers aresuccessfully applied to high traffic security. The scheme has been successfullyapplied in Guangdong Unicom, Shanghai Unicom and At the same time abroad.
