Mobile data services have become the most important business with the development of mobilecommunication technology. How to schedule and control data traffic has become a current researchfocus. With the popularization of various mobile internet data services, the data traffic increasesquickly and causes network congestion which lead to a decline of the user experience. This problemrestricts the further development of the mobile network.This thesis studies the mobile internet-related theoretical knowledge and analyses thecharacteristics of the mobile internet data services. What’s more, the research also involves the dataidentification, storage and service scheduling. It is emphasized that this thesis focuses on the VoIPand mobile streaming media optimization and propose a new strategy algorithm for each problem.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First, this thesis studies the various technologies of mobile internet data services, such as theidentification of mobile data and storage technology of mobile data. And on this basis this researchproposes mobile intenet service data control system solutions for different data streams schedulingto optimize network performance.Second, this thesis presents a new adaptive strategy which optimizes VoIP scheduling. And itwill reduce network latency, packet loss rate.As a result; it will enhance the user experience.Finally, this thesis presents a new scheduling policy for mobile streaming media.This batchalgorithm considers both the fairness and popularity. In the research,a simulation experiment isdone to compare with the MQL and FCFS algorithm.And the algorithm this thesis presented showsits superiority.
