VR(Virtual reality) technology as a new technology in recent years, which combined digital image processing, computer graphics, multimedia technology, sensor technology, and other IT has been widely applied to various fields, and played an important role. This article focuses on the role virtual reality technology played in Emergency response and practice system, and mainly introduces some key technology such as the three-dimensional modeling, collision detection,3d plotting, accident model showing and so on. At the same time, puts forward the improvement plan for the general algorithm of3D plotting, make an intensive study of input and output parameters of explosion accident model, and based on the specific requirements for the study of safety emergency. It also expounds technical proposals and overall designs of the safety emergency support platform and3d training exercise system. Emergency support platform is a general emergency platform, which based on real3d scene, overlaying all kinds of safety emergency auxiliary data, such as real-time dynamic production device data, video, data,360degrees of photo-realistic, personnel vehicle GPS information, and various daily management data and so on.3D training exercise system is based on emergency support platform, which by adding static models to simulate the accident development process and emergent rescue, by this intuitive way to improve emergency disposal ability of emergency personnels. What is more, this kind of3D realistic environment builds the "immersive" feelings for trainees, it is easier for them to gain emergeneyrespe experience.Any way. it will provide effective auxiliary support to emergency command, and also provides an effective way to plan inspection and training.
