Currently, Emergencies occur frequently at home and abroad, it is aserious threat to human life and health. For this reason, it is particularlyimportant to improve the level of emergency management. Based on theanalysis of the shortcomings of the traditional emergency managementmethod, this paper describes the virtual reality technology to improve theemergency management system, focus and lack of related theoretical andapplied research. In this paper, the research content is mainly relatedtechnologies to build emergency management system.First, the article describes the related technologies to build virtual sceneof emergencies, including three-dimensional terrain visualization technologybased on Terra Vista and Global Mapper software, and static objectssimulation modeling technology based on Creator software,and application ofthe two technologies, completed terrain simulation of Shenyang AerospaceUniversity, the mall simulation, and the simulation of the mall buildings around. Shows the audio control method and apparatus for operation of thecontrol method in the virtual scene, realized the simulation Of automatic firealarm system, control simulation of fire doors, fire shutter, evacuation lightsand smoke control system.Secondly,to achieve special effects required in emergencies, studied acontrol method of the particle system module of Vega, realized the simulationof fire, smoke, explosions and automatic sprinkler system. Study on the use ofDI GUY, and personnel movement control method, and application of antcolony algorithm and the database technology, realizing the intelligentpersonnel evacuation.Finally, using the above techniques, this paper developed emergencymanagement system. The system initially has the personnel informationmanagement, equipment resources management plan setting, emergencysettings and other functions. The system provides4types of Arcade Fire, eachfire was simulated using FDS software. By setting the monitoring node,visibility, temperature, co concentration of the three data exported in the form of Excel table. Screening to determine the time node death, and imported intothe database based on risk criterion, realized dynamic judgment about thedeath of the evacuation process, three simulation exercises, and verify itsapplication value.
