Plateau areas generally refer to the areas of which altitude is above3000m.These areas are rich in tourism resources, so numerous visitors are attracted. However,due to the special geographical conditions of high altitude regions, Tourist aresusceptible to cause acute mountain sickness in the beginning. In our country, theincidence of AMS is about50%-70%. AMS makes the Travel experience degree andthe quality of tourism service down. It is one of the main factors which restrict thehealth and fast development of plateau tourism.At present, research of acute mountain sickness mainly focuses on thepathogenesis, prevention and treatment. There are few real-time dynamic studiesregarding the person already occurred acute mountain sickness in high altitude area.Base on the needs of the project background, the plateau tourist and scenic areamanagement, the relationship between the four vital sign parameters(the heart rate,body temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation)and AMS are analyzed byAnalysis of literature review, expert consultation. And we establish the parameterssystem of warning model. we get the weight values of the parameters by using systemanalysis method and analytic hierarchy process. In order to get real-time and dynamicpredict AMS, we establish the model by using the weighted linear synthesis method,which provides an objective basis for the early warning and diagnosis of AMS. TheKappa value method is used to verify on AMS predicted and actual incidence by trackand record92people along the "Lhasa-Shigatse-Everest Base Camp". The verificationshows that the model is correct and scientific.On the basis of AMS study, the theoretical research is applied to practical highaltitude scenic spots to design a tourist dynamic information systems. The system usesSOA architecture which is of software portability, loose coupling, system reuse,information sharing. The overall design of the system, level design, function of eachmodule, system operation, system database design, system security design and thedesign and design implementation and application of each module are elaborated inthis paper. The visitors’ motion state and physical health status are importantinformation for both visitors and search and rescue personnel in Loess Plateauexploration environment. Plateau tourist dynamic information system mainly constitutes by the server data processing module, the page monitoring module, the lifesearch and rescue system of multi-source information management subsystem moduleand the data management module. Plateau tourist dynamic information systemdisplays distress visitors’ geographical location information, identity information, vitalsigns information and the dynamic predicting results of AMS through the friendlyman-machine interactive interface. Once a crisis occurs, the system can assist thecommand center personnel formulate the corresponding search strategy, implementrescue in the incident area. It improves the search speed, reduces unnecessaryoverhead in the relief process and provides support for efficient search and rescuemission. At the same time, we can do research on disaster early warning and earlywarning control through the analysis of multi-source monitoring data collected in thesystem, the feedback on the tourist season tourist behavior and capacity, the real timeprediction and evaluation. It ensures tourists safety and completes the rationalallocation of resources in scenic spots.
