Automatic counting of bar steel has been the problems which steel bars production enterprises have not resolve well. At present, companies mainly rely on manual measurement to complete the task of bar steel counting. Sometimes a group of bars on the need for regular counting and verification, this is heavy workload. And long time counting work will cause worker physical fatigue and bring large error. So the development of the automatic counting bar system is an urgent need to be resolved.The research of this paper is derived from the bar production project, the self-designed equipment-steel bar splitter driven with hydraulic. Paper around the machine how to find the location on the bar production line; How to determine the separation point of real-time online control. The system uses electro-hydraulic servo valves, reversing valve, pilot operated check valve and in combination with the composite control by PLC (Program Logic Controller).First of all, the paper discusses the problem at home and abroad on steel splitting systems about its research situation and progress. Through the introduction of the system and program analysis are discussed, and then in detail on the engineering feasibility and control schemes to control the accurate location and find the reasons, calculating the various parameters; Secondly, by fluid dynamics and classical control theory, the sub-standard steel machine mathematical model of the hydraulic system can be established, and detailed analysis of the system dynamic and static characteristics and parameters on system performance; Thirdly, through setting up the mathematical model of the system simulation analysis, in order to improve the dynamic characteristics of energy, the system design of the adaptive control scheme. Through the pictures we analyze, to find approach to improve location accuracy control ways.By using the simulation of Matlab and Simulink, and we achieved satisfactory results. On the basis of the existing equipments, applied modern advanced control methods to improve control accurate control system, only the sensor feedback interfaces involved in PLC, to form a real computer control system, the control system and the continuous control system, compared with them obvious advantages. To find out how fast get the points on the production line of steel provides a theoretical basis points to solve this extremely difficult problem. Finally, the application of the various parts of the connected with PLC, formed the core of the controller PLC online points of steel machine control system. Overall, the research owns strong theoretical and practical value.
