Study On Factors To Influence The Propagation Of Internet Public Opinion

The propagation of Internet public opinion can most directly and rapidly reflect the status anddevelopment trend of all levels of society’s public opinion. And it produces a growing impact andinfluence on society. So, revealing the propagation mechanism and characteristics of the Internetpublic opinion, studying netizens, government and media effect during the Internet public opinionpropagation, can help to explore the propagation of Internet public opinion and achieve effectivemonitoring and management to the Internet public opinion.In order to reveal the netizens’ psychology impact to behavior in public opinion, this paperfirstly analyes five kinds of netizens’psychology and seven kinds of netizens’ behavior. It builds upthe structural equation model, passing the path coefficient of netzens’ behavior act of netizens’psychology in the Internet opinion spread, measuring the relationship between netzens’ psychologyand netizens’ behavior. Secondly, in order to analyze the government’s mechanism to the Internetpublic opinion, this paper divides the roles of the Government factors in the Internet public opinioncrisis into inhibition, promote and both inhibition and promote. Statistical analysis aboutgovernment of the law of development of the Internet public opinion in recent years, and calculatevalue of the different types of events the Government caused Internet public opinion crisis. Finally，in oreder to study the media’s mechanism of the Internet public opinion, a topic propagation modelof internet public opinion based on the BA network and SEIR model is proposed in this paper,which considered fully the influence of the media on topic propagation. Two simulation methodsare used to analyze the model. The result of experiment shows that under the influence of the mediathe propagation speed of Internet public opinion topic is more quickly, and the propagation rangebecomes widely, also the relaxation time decreases.
