With the rapid development of social networks and mobile communication technologies,network social applications with Weibo and WeChat as the typical representatives have attracted more and more attention.The real-time and interactive nature of online social networks has brought great convenience to information dissemination,and it has brought great difficulties and challenges to public opinion control and national security.Therefore,considering the on online social networks with multi-dimensional attributes,the research on opinion communication has important theoretical and practical application value.However,previous virological-based propagation dynamics studies cannot be directly used to characterize online social networks because users and relationships in online social networks are heterogeneous.This paper takes the singed network as the research core,and studies the network feature measurement extraction in the signed network and the viewpoint propagation model and simulation with the signed network as the propagation network.The main work is summarized as follows:(1)Network measurement and comparative analysis are carried out for the basic attributes of positive and negative relationship networks.This paper selects two typical empirical network datasets: the explicit relationship of the "Slashdot" dataset and the implicit relationship of the "Fanghan Wars" dataset.Measurements and comparisons are made from network characteristics such as access degree distribution,small world characteristics,scale-free characteristics,network matching,and structural balance.In addition,the importance of degree-based ranking method and k-shell method for network nodes is also used.Digging and comparison,it is found that some low-degree nodes in the two empirical data sets will also occupy important positions in the network and have greater influence on communication.(2)For the phenomenon of cognitive coherence in the process of opinion transmission,the perspective propagation model and simulation based on evolutionary game and structural balance is researched.In this paper,the viewpoint interactionprocess is expressed as an evolutionary game process,and the structural equilibrium state between individuals is described by extracting the triangle relationship.In the constructed positive-negative relationship network,the viewpoint held by the triangular relation nodes in the network is used as the basis for the change of viewpoints.Then the steady state of the viewpoint evolution under the structural equilibrium condition is analyzed,and finally verified by simulation experiments.Experiments show that the average degree has little effect on the final convergence point and convergence time,while the structural balance probability parameter and the gain amplification factor have a greater impact on the viewpoint propagation.(3)The traditional perspective propagation model is based on a single fixed relationship attribute.This thesis also models and simulates discrete viewpoint propagation based on extended SIR and individual selection on the signed networks.The actual process of communication is influenced by many factors,and the propagation network also has multi-dimensional characteristics,such as the positive,negative,strong and weak characteristics of the relationship.The traditional opinion propagation models are based on a single fixed relationship attribute.The multi-dimensional attributes of online social network relationships make the traditional model encounter more difficulties in application.This paper extends the single relational network to the signed network,based on the assumption that the positive relationship(friend relationship)spreads the same point of view,the negative relationship(hostile relationship)between the individual,and on the basis of the traditional SIR infectious disease model.The model is extended,and the propagation model of discrete viewpoints on the network of positive and negative relations is constructed,and the simulation experiment is designed to verify.The simulation results on the network dataset of "Fang-Han Wars" show that the relationship weight has no obvious influence on the final diffusion ratio.The propagation amplification factor has a significant effect on the viewpoint propagation.The selection range of the initial propagation node affects the viewpoint propagation.The greater penetration of the selected node is,the more obvious the propagation effect.In summary,this thesis conducts a comparative analysis of the basic attributes ofpositive and negative relationship networks.By expressing the process of interaction as an evolutionary game process and extracting the triangular relationship to describe the structural equilibrium state between individuals,this thesis established a perspective communication model.This thesis also established a propagation model of discrete viewpoints based on the extended SIR epidemic model and has obtained effective results.The research results have strong theoretical significance and application value.
