Electric power communication network is the important guarantee of safe and stable operation of power system. With continuous development of the electric power communication network in communication technology, network size, coverage area and other aspects, in order to realize the unified monitoring and management of network, we have to build the integrated network management system of electric power communication network. Network management data is the basis of the integrated network management system to manage electric power communication network. Currently it needs to create different collection adapters to collect management data for different network types and equipment manufacturers. These collections adapters use different agreements, aim at different applications and have various data format. In order to manage different collection adapters and provide unified format management data, it needs a common management data collection framework to implement centralized management of the adapters. According to the demand of power secondary system security protection, the transmission of management data between safety partitions must get through physical isolation device. Therefore, building a common framework for network management data collection, implementing data transmission across the isolation device and the centralized management of the collection, is an urgent need for integrated management of the electric power communication network.Firstly this paper analyzes the management needs of data collection framework for electric power communication network and put forward the design scheme of management data collection framework. Taking into account the relevant requirements of power secondary system security protection, the paper studies the data transmission scheme across the isolation device, it realizes forward data transmission through the establishment of TCP connection and reverse data transmission through the special reverse transmission software; In order to ensure complete and effective data, this paper designs schemes of management data processing, for the alarm data there are root cause analysis, stroboscopic alarm analysis and alarm redefine processing and for the resources data there is scheme of data quality analysis and management to complete data verification and generate the result report with data management solutions; and this paper designs collection management module to complete centralized management and controllability of collection; Finally it realizes each part of the management data collection framework and shows the application results. This framework has been applied to real business projects, indicating its availability and effectiveness.
