Short message service which varieties of increment service bases on has become major service and important income of China Mobile, and is the core competitive power of mobile operator. Short message data collection and processing system is the key subsystem which statistical report and sevice analysis of mobile communication corporation base on. Short message service needs the high quality system to support, and also asks for veracity, integrity and exception handled of data statistic a high quality. Call detail record collection and data processing system is designed, and implemented through Java on the basis of practical requirements in this paper, and short message data is gathered by appling data fusion theory, the system has good architechture and has the potential for upgrading development and is adaptable to the requirements of big-scale-data handling and high performance.
