| At present IMS core network of China’s operators focused mostly on offering IP-CENTREX services to corporate customers and offering MMTel services to customers. For some reason, the supporting MMTel service platforms of these IMS core neetwork can not provide cross-domain IMS group services. It needs to build an additional IPC service platform to achieve the goal. IPC service platform is relatively weak on number processing and in some scenarios require nested MMTel to complete the call normally. The nested case is rather complex and requires two platforms’ cooperation, but also a waste of signaling resources.It will be complex to deploy and a waste of resources if IPC service platform and MMTel service platform are constructed alone. To solve the problem, this paper presents the IPC and MMTel converged services platform solution. This solution is based on IMS architecture construction, development on CIN-SCF platform, follow the operator’s IPC technical standards and international standards of MMTel. It undertakes MMTel capacity in the IPC service platform and enhance the number processing function. With this solution, telecom operators can provide centrex service features and multimedia telephony features with only an application server. After internal testing and field deployment practices, business integration platform solution to achieve the desired function, and to meet the business needs in terms of performance, reliability and security targets.In this paper, the dedicated scheme of design and implementation is presented in detail. The main contents include:market Background and technical background of convergence service platform and CIN-SCF value-added services system; requirement analyzing of the platform from the service function and performance; general design of the whole platform and detailed design and implementation of service logic program; the test procedure of the platform. The last part of this paper gives a prospect for the development of convergence service platform. |
