The development of mobile value-added services to merchants is not only provides new opportunities to merchant but also brings convenience to people’s daily life. The STK-based air recharge business system can provide users with mobile phone recharge, game cards to buy, buy lottery tickets and other value-added business services. Users only need to enter the corresponding information by STK card menu to complete the transaction without logging online banking; the operation is very simple and safe.The main work of this paper is to design and achieve the air recharge business system. STK-based air recharge service system includes a third-party prepaid platform, third-party payment platform, mobile terminals and prepaid business management platform. Mobile phone users download the appropriate STK card applications to the phone, to interact with the prepaid service integrated management platform through STK card applications. The business management platform communicates with the third-party payment platform and third-party prepaid platform through the interface. Integrated management platform includes prepaid recharge service management platform and Web management platform, the recharge management platform is the core part of the whole system which is needed to be achieved, and this platform performance will directly affect the user experience. This paper design and implement this platform in-depth study. Safety and the processing efficiency of the system is the key issues needs to be considered, in order to protect the security of data, recharge management platform is designed into several function modules, and the transmitted data need to be authenticated by MD5.Modules involved in updating the database are placed on the internal network.Modules which need to interactive with outer network are placed on the outer network. The two servers interact by the proxy. There is firewall in the internal network to guarantee the database security. While the processing efficiency, this paper mainly uses non-blocking IO, resource pooling, database caching technology and other technologies to improve the data receiving effective, manage the management resources effectively in order to improve the efficiency of the system, along with the application system promotion, the volume of business will gradually increase, the compressive ability of a single server is limited, this paper also research the Linux server cluster technology deeply, and provides Linux cluster system network topology. Web management platform has business management, data statistics, customer service and other functions can be reconciled with the third-party platform, this paper provides the design of framework and the Implementation of some important modules. The based on STK recharge air recharge system which is designed by this paper meet the needs of users, and have been put into trial operation.
