The characteristics of diverse and complex has been in information system of modern enterprise. How to integrate the existing information resources has become the key to improving the level of information. So the enterprises need to find an effective technical means to respond rapidly changing the needs of business,to achieve interaction and sharing between systems and systematic reuse of enterprise. Simultaneously, take features packed into the Services based on the needs of user and available to users, and the users can complete the functional operation and then get results with the lowest operating cost.SOA architecture take service as the basic unit,to make different applications into a single Web Services package to shield the differences in the systems. Web Services as a way to achieve SOA services architecture,it can solve the tight coupling effectively in systems based interface description, through the service description, publication, discovery and invocation standards to provide service collaborative.In this paper, an integrated platform of the Marine Navigational which integrates remote web applications from different systems, to provide services.At the same time it need to provide services with single features and combination services with complete solution,and in the growing number of requestor and provider of service environments, traditional service call has been unable to guarantee not bring great pressure for the system.To better solve the above problems, the main point of this paper is as follows:At the first,by using hierarchical cache structure which include a combination of service layer and a functional service layer that take logical function as the basis of division, to improve search efficiency, the cache pool save the instance of service invocation, avoid frequent create and destruct service instance to caused resource consumption, to improve the response speed of the service. To ease time-consuming with finding and loading service when called a traditional service.The second,Marine navigational comprehensive platform to integrate services have not just a single service, but a combination service with ordered set. take consideration of the characteristics of platform and do a deeply study on collaboration model of service,to provide a service collaborative approach based on xml. With the combination of the service invocation of the Marine Navigational comprehensive platform, this paper proposed model for collaboration for SOA Services based on multi-cache pool mechanism, to make a detailed analysis and design, and make it real.
