Design And Implementation Of Open Service Oriented Smart Home Gateway

With the improvement of technology and the development of economy, people have more and more higher requirement of home environment. Planning and construction of smart home system has become an inevitable trend in the country’s future economic development. In recent years, along with unceasing development and mature of Internet of Things which is based on the wireless sensor network technology, there exists many excellent smart home system products, but because there is no uniform industry standard and Interest game between manufacturers, resulting in incompatibility between each company’s system products. In order to integrate the advantages of different products to provide the best and most comfortable user experience, it’s necessary to develop smart home system which provides a flexible access to third-party system.In this paper, with the background of smart home system based on Zigbee wireless sensor network and IP network technology, the main research is design and implementation of open service oriented smart home system gateway, which supports access to heterogeneous peripherals via API interface. Firstly, this paper described the background, key technologies and problems of the current smart home system; Then briefly described the main function modules of the smart home system based on open service; Then described the design and development of the overall framework and each function module of smart home gateway based on open service, and the open interface for access of third-party device; Finally, the paper introduced function test and performance test for the main modules of smart home system gateway to verify the correctness of the system. At present the system has been completed and deployed in the demonstration environment, it works well and stably.
