By IaaS cloud computing model，not only allows users toeasily， freely using various computing，storage resources can be centralized computingand storage resources to handle large number of data and programs can not handle alone，but the entire computing resources is very easy with IaaS the business needs to be extended.The decentralized system together to do arithmetic， is a challenging thing.Management and coordination of computing and storage resources to provide IaaSinfrastructure is a prerequisite. In this paper， starting through the actual needs ofenterprises，first elaborated the IaaS platform-based resource management backgroundand purpose，demand through business transformation and operational needs of thebusiness transformation process proposed resource management platform virtualizationXen-based technology solutions， through the use of resource management platform fordetailed analysis， to understand the business in the course of their IT lifecyclemanagement processes and regulatory processes; then the performance of resourcemanagement platform needs analysis carried out，the resource management platform forsoftware process design，making business meet the needs of the enterprise，and finally the overall system software design，and found a lot of factors that affect the efficiency ofthe use of the platform and the successful implementation of the POC project，makingresource management platform into the testing and validation phase.
