Heart disease has been a killer and threat to human health for a long time. In clinical practice, ECG is an important basis for the diagnosis of heart disease. However, the ECG equipment commonly used in hospitals are large and difficult to carry with and can only collect human’s short-term ECG data, which results to the difficulties of the inspection of sudden heart disease. In order to record the long-term ECG information of a patient, portable Holter devices appeared in the medical market. This device can collect24-hour continuously human ECG signal and store the collected data in the flash memory. Even so, it is still not a real-time ECG data collection for analysis, thus it cannot make early warnings for sudden cardiac diseases. Therefore, designing a real-time monitoring system for ECG data collection and transmission is extremely important.This paper designed a set of low power-consumption mobile health monitoring platform based on embedded system for a real-time monitoring of the patient’s ECG signal. The system includes ECG acquisition、wireless sensor network and terminal display. The ECG acquisition includes front-end signal acquisition circuit differential amplification circuit、the right leg drive circuit、the secondary amplifying circuit、 the AD conversion circuit、MCU circuit, where the right leg drive circuit is used to filter out the body signals of50Hz frequency interference, and the noise interference in the process of amplification is reduced because the amplification circuit is divided into two stage. The wireless transmission network part adopts Zigbee to form a network, which can transmit the digital signal to the terminal interface stably and realize the real-time signal transmission within20m indoor and100m outdoor.The design of the hardware circuit of the system introduces the electromagnetic compatibility design to obtain analog signals with low noise and in the digital signal processing parts, the designed digital filter can filter out the power frequency interference of digital signal to achieve a low-interference digital signal. Finally, the digital signal processed by the MCU processing can transmit to the PC interface with smaller data error rate through Zigbee wireless sensor network.Through the practical test of human body, the whole ECG acquisition system has not only a low power-consumption and a strong anti-interference, but also is able to obtain a high-stability ECG signals for valuable medical reference.
