The Design And Implementation Of Smart Card Automation Test System Based On Workflow

Now smart card market scale expands rapidly. Types and function of the smart card are much more complicated. Various better protocols, norms and applications are required. It’s necessary to test applications and standard of smart card which can ensure cards’reliability. However, no uniform test methods and tools are provided by suppliers, distributors and application providers who are related with cards. So test efficiency is low and resources waste.In this paper, the current situation of smart card automated test is investigated, characteristics of card test are analyzed, the workflow technology is studied and a variety of workflow engines are compared. At last, the scheme which is that workflow is brought in smart card test and designs a smart card automation test system based on workflow is proposed. In the system general test simulation environment is established and unified test process of smart card basic functions and service are provided, automation test is achieved.The smart card automation test system consists of two parts which are the workflow management system and the Web-based application. OSWorkflow workflow engine is used in the workflow management system and the smart card test process is defined flexibly. The Web-based application adopts the B/S structure and the MVC pattern, uses the Spring framework to develop. This system provides functions which are usecase design, test planning, test assignments, test task execution, test report generation and project filing. Automation test of smart cards is realized at last.The smart card automation test system based on workflow which is designed in this paper has features of flexible flow customization and good scalability. When the test process is changed, the application requires substantial changes to adapt to changes in the process in traditional smart card test while the workflow description file is modified and the application does not need modification in this system. Process management is more flexible. Thereby the flexibility and efficiency of smart card test are increased in the system.
