Design And Implementation Of Self-Configuration Of Routing Protocol In Autonomic Network Based On IPv6

With the rapid development of Internet, the development of network is going through an unprecedented stage At the same time the network coverage is also increasing. But from another perspective, the architecture of network has no fundamental change, only adds the new function to the existing network as a patch. In this way the network becomes more and more complex.The traditional design principles of original network have hindered the further development of the network. Therefore, change to the traditional network architecture has become necessary. One way to solve this problem is to introduce autonomicity into the network. Autonomic network is to implement self-configuration, self-regulation, self-organization, self-optimization and self-management in the network. It can adjust to the network condition and architecture so as to reduce human interference, simplify the complexity of communication and enhance the ability of network services. So the network can process and adapt to the change of network topology, services and load. In addition, the architecture of autonomic network must also achieve the goal of making the network available, trackable, dependable and predictable.This thesis first introduces the technology about autonomic network, presenting that our goal is to implement a prototype system of autonomic network based on IPv6. Then it focuses on the related technology to realize the autonomic prototype system. Afterwards it presents the research and design to the autonomic prototype system and our topic needs to research and implement a MPLS L3VPN (Multi-Protocol Label Switching Layer3Virtual Private Network) system based on IPv6. Next it describes the requirement analysis, design of architecture, the detailed design and implementing of each module. Finally the thesis analyses the testing result of the system. The test shows that the system has reached the desired goal.At last, the thesis summarizes the work and achievements of the author during the post-graduate. It also presents that there are still some shortcomings and problems in this system. In the end the future work is prospected.
