With the rapid development of high bandwidth, high quality services like HD VOD, video surveillance and high speed internet access, the S1interface and X2interface are adopted in LTE (Long Term Evolution), lead the loopback network into multipoint to multipoint network by point-to-point convergent network and need to implement a large number of packet forwarding and the routing function. Hence L3VPN (Layer3VPN), which was added to PTN (Packet Transport Network), is suitable for the routing network. Consequently, a new network management system is necessary to administrate the PTN devices remotely, reduces cost and improves work efficiency. In this thesis, L3VPN services in PTN network management system were designed and implemented.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)Studying schemes of various existing network, system function, performance requirements and running process of PTN network management system, the thesis design the system hierarchy and the static L3VPN function and location in the system.(2)The L3VPN services in PTN network management system which applies the J2EE-based C/S structure is designed as the client layer, service logic layer, SBI layer and data access layer. The thesis design new MVC framework to implement the client layer; service logic layer uses the EJB stateless session Bean; the Facade interface call is used for the client layer and service logic layer; SBI layer realizes the socket communication between logic layer and equipment and data access layer realizes the interaction of the database and logic layer by Hibernate. Thread pool technology is mainly to solve of multiple network elements multi-user and multi-synchronization task which is a large number of simultaneous operation, respectively.(3)According to the function requirements of L3VPN service, in a modular way to carry on the design and implementation, mainly includes the virtual Ethernet interface, virtual Ethernet group, PEER, PEERGRP, virtual Ethernet access circuit, L3VPN node and end-to-end L3VPNService modules, etc. The thesis designs How charts or sequence diagrams of these modules and implementing process of every layer.(4)Creating virtual routing forwarding realizes address overlap and avoids the VPNaddress conflict; binding virtual interfaces realizes the deep bridge of the convergence layer and core layer; Creating the end-to-end L3VPNService implements direct the configuration of business and bridging business; in addition to complete packet forwarding and routing functions of the core layer by the artificial configuration.The thesis implements the function of static L3VPN service, and tests the creation of end-to-end L3VPNService. The service which is created met the relevant requirement, can transmitted properly and reliably, the stable performance and convenient operation of the network system applies to the L3VPN service management of PTN equipment.
