Design And Implementation Of A Collaboration Note System

With the rapid development of the technique society, people get more and more information every day. Note system was born to manage these pieces of information. With deeper use of note systems, people find that they want to handle their own information and also want to share them to others, even they what others to maintain their information library. It is a pity that popular note systems are designed for personal singer user so that they cannot meet the demand.Based on the new demand, this paper analyses the need of multi-people collaboration function of a note system, describes the use scenario, enumerate the function limitation of popular note systems and then offer a solution which is a new note system that contains collaboration function and automation function.This article demonstrates the whole procedure of designing and implementing the note system, including the introduction of regarding techniques, the way to build the development environment, the system architecture, the detail of demand analysis and the classification, design and implementation of the system modules. Besides completing the basic functions of a traditional note system, the system also implement a user management module and an innovative permission controller. To make the note system support multi-people collaboration, both two parts need to work smoothly in service procedure. What’s more, this system also offer an intelligent module which is to classify notes automatically.Following the traditional MVC architecture, this system is designed to have many layers to meet the loose coupling demand, that is to say, some modules in this system is easy to migrate to other systems such as a web system or a mobile application.The writer designed and implemented the system independently. Hope that it can push the development of note systems.
